Detailed Product Description
Oil and grease refining produces highly polluted waste water, which cannot be discharged directly into drain. Image 2 shows a device, it utilizes steam discharged from dryer as the heating energy of triple effect evaporator to treat waste water.
Triple effect force circulation falling film evaporator which is heated by steam from drier , It is used for the treatment of waste water produced by oil and grease refining.
Treatment process: Waste water is concentrated from 3% to 40%-50% in a triple effect falling film evaporator, concentrated liquid from evaporator and meat scraps are dried in drier, and then used as animal feed. Steam condensate from evaporator has a lower CSB value than raw waste water; it can be discharged directly into drain or used again in production procedure. Evaporator is heated by the steam produced by drier. This purpose is to make the best use of energy, and produce condensate without bad smell.
Technics characteristic: Waste water turns to animal feed and secondary steam condensate after treatment (without any pollution, can be used as agricultural irrigation water), It achieves zero discharging of waste water. Steam from drier is used, instead of raw steam, as energy for concentration and evaporation. Energy consumption of this device is very low.
