Detailed Product Description
Waste water of different processing such as electroplating and acid washing cannot be discharged directly after neutralization.
Waste water is neutralized in normally way. Metal salts are separated in plate filter press after adding flocculant into waste water. Clear liquid from filter press is concentrated to 40% in single effect falling film evaporator, then it is sent back to filter press, mixed with neutralized waste water. After concentration, steam condensate is mixed with raw waste water as fresh water, solid material in filter press is discarded as offal.
Falling film evaporator is equipped with a steam mechanical compressing device to minimize the operation cost.
Technics characteristic: it is a mini waste water treating device. Steam is used as energy at the beginning. When secondary steam produced, it is mechanical compressed as energy steam. Then steam boiler will operating. It is suitable for where electricity is cheap.
Acid washing waste water treating device includes: one neutralization tank, one single effect falling film evaporator(with mechanical compressor) and one plate filter press. Capacity: 200KG/H.
