Detailed Product Description
sewage produced by waste treatment device is polluted by a mass of pollutants, including salts, oil, TENSIDE, filth, organic substances and solvent. Treating processes includes physical and chemical procedure, membrane and heat treatment. This device should be designed differently according to the different type of waste water.
The first step, removing volatile solvent and ammonia from waste water by distillation . Then concentrated from 0.7% to 60% in falling film evaporator and forced circulation evaporator. Steam condensate produced by falling film evaporator can be discharged into waste treatment device. Consumption is low because of a pressure blower. It has the same function to steam compressor, using the same heat source for forced circulation evaporator and distillation column.
Waste gas pumped by vacuum pump can be discharged after washing and active carbon filtration.
Technics characteristic: Waste water produced by the treatment of city rubbish and factory waste can be treated by this device. Other odoriferous gas can also be treated by this device. Waste water and waste gas can be treated together or separately. Raw steam consumption is low.
Double effect falling film forced circulation evaporator equipped with a steam mechanical compressor and a waste water distillation column which is place before evaporation process. This device is suitable for the treatment of different kind waste water.
